Newport, NC - Big Rock Sports, headquartered in Newport, NC recently completed their January 2008 Dealer Shows. Thousands of independent outdoor retailers attended the Big Rock Sports dealer shows that were held this past January. The Big Rock West Show was the first event and took place in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mirage Events Center. Immediately following, the Henry’s 36th Annual Dealer Show was hosted at the Carolina First Center in Greenville, South Carolina. Rounding out the January show schedule, the CSI Sports January Hunting Show took place at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

The Big Rock Sports Dealer Shows are known in the industry as the “must attend” purchasing shows for independent outdoor retailers and regional chain stores. In addition to unprecedented show specials, cash and free goods opportunities, attending dealers are also eligible to win thousands in cash and prizes at the conclusion of each show.This year’s prizes included two new trucks sponsored by ATK - Federal awarded at the Big Rock West and Henry’s Dealer Shows, 3 new Harley motorcycles sponsored by Sightron and awarded at the Big Rock West, Henry’s and CSI Sports shows and $20,000 in electronics sponsored by ATK - Federal included flat screen TV’s and digital cameras were given away to attendees at the CSI Sports show.
